Day-of coordination

This is for the couple that have planned their entire wedding and need someone to drive it home so they can be stress-free and having fun during the last weeks of engagement. Services begin 2 weeks prior to the wedding.


Pre-wedding

  • One pre-wedding consultations (1.5 hours)
  • Venue inspection (1.5 hours)
  • Facilitate the rehearsal ceremony (2 hours)
  • Construct a detailed wedding day timeline
  • Designate a trusted person to handle all cards and gifts given at the end of the day
  • Review and confirm all contract details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
  • Become the sole point of contact 2 weeks prior to the wedding date to all vendors
  • Access to preferred vendor list for any last-minute details

Wedding day

  • Act as the sole point of contact for all vendors
  • Coordinate and assist with the setup of the ceremony and reception
  • Coordinate pinning of boutonnières and ensuring guests of honor receive flowers
  • Be of service to the wedding party, family, and guests as needed
  • Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors
  • Provide an Emergency Wedding Day Kit (a must!)
  • Manage all unforeseen issues
  • Collect couple’s personal items and give to designated keeper
  • Appropriate amount of Johnnie & Co. Events staff present
  • Unlimited on-site wedding day coordination, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your big day

Pricing starts at $999 and is dependant on the number of guests, location, and various other factors. We take care of many Georgia couples, however we also travel all over the world to make destination weddings happen!

Partial wedding planning

Services can begin at any time in the planning process, however they historically begin 8 weeks prior to the wedding. This plan is usually for the couple that have planned their wedding up to a point, but it’s gotten to be too much work and way too stress filled. Rather you’re a year away or month away from the date, let us take the reigns from here so that you can get your sanity and life back!


Pre-wedding

  • Three pre-wedding consultations (5 hours)
  • Venue inspection (1.5 hours)
  • Facilitate the rehearsal ceremony (2 hours)
  • Construct a detailed wedding day timeline
  • Curation of design elements
  • Curation of floral arrangements
  • Designate a trusted person to handle all cards and gifts given at the end of the day
  • Review and confirm all contract details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
  • Become the sole point of contact 2 weeks prior to the wedding date to all vendors
  • Access to personal vendor referral list for any last-minute details
  • Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice
  • Design guidance and creation in areas you still have left to complete
  • Attain pre-marital counselor and officiant

Services begin many months in advance and usually before you’ve made any major decisions. This is for the couple that want a perfectionist and expert designing and coordinating everything from engagement to “I Do” for the wedding of their dreams.


Pre-wedding

  • Unlimited pre-wedding consultations and vendor visits
  • Construct a detailed wedding timeline, day-of timeline, and wedding checklist
  • Developing and respecting the budget; establishing priorities
  • Coordination of accommodations
  • Designate a trusted person to handle all cards and gifts given
  • Attain pre-marital counselor and officiant
  • Access to private preferred vendor list
  • Negotiate with vendors; contract reviews
  • Vendor management
  • Curation of design elements
  • Curation of floral arrangements
  • Order save-the-dates, invitations, and handle printing of materials and mailing
  • Manage invitations, guest list responses and deadlines (see who’s responded at any time from your account)
  • Create floor plans and logistical layouts as needed

  • Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care for guests
  • Attain marriage license
